Important Information
A few things to know before your appointment.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit.
Matted Coats
Under the Animal Welfare Act 2008, it's kinder to clip off a badly matted coat than to try de-matting. With your permission, we'll do this for your dog's wellbeing — a charge of up to £20 may be added for severely matted coats.
Our Prices
Our prices are guide prices only. The final cost of a groom depends on the condition of the coat, your pet's behaviour, and how often they're groomed.
Vaccinations
As your pet's welfare is our priority, we're unable to accept dogs without up-to-date vaccinations.
